Restaurant Sales Data

The Raine and Horne Business Sales Database has revealed that restaurants achieve a net profit equal to only 7.2% of turnover.  Our data shows that the restaurant sector is struggling with turnovers improving only marginally over the last 8 years. Over the same period the returns are basically unchanged, the gross profit percentage has increased slightly and market rents have increased by almost 30%.  As a result, our database indicates a drop in values of 10% during that time.
